Cooking 101: Knife Skills
Cooking 101 focuses on cooking basics and skills practice. Participants will learn how to choose and care for a good knife and cutting board, how to hold and safely use a knife, and then practice using fresh fruits and vegetables.

Cooking 101 focuses on cooking basics and skills practice. Class content each calendar month is identical. This month participants will learn how to choose and care for a good knife and cutting board, how to hold and safely use a knife, and then practice using fresh fruits and vegetables.
